"Bears Stairs™" - Value Line Mini Stairs
The Value Line is a less expensive alternative to our regular step line. Value Line steps have the same dimensions as our other stairs. The difference is the materials used in their construction. Value Line steps are made from OSB (Orientated Strand Board) instead of plywood. OSB has had no real price increases in the last year. The use of OSB in no way decreases the strength of the steps as the OSB is 7/16" thick compared to 3/8" for the plywood we use. Value Line stairs are covered with a less expensive needle punch carpet which is similar to auto carpet. (In fact some of it had Volvo on its label). Because needle-punch carpet is not as thick as the carpet we normally use the screws that hold the sides on are much more visible. However from a few feet away you would not be able to tell any difference in appearance between our Value Line stairs and our other products.
These steps are now available in Mini 3, 4 and 5 step sizes and the Regular Bear 3 step size. Shipment is within 1-3 business days after receiving an order.
These steps are only available in beige. The back option is not available. Color may vary from light beige to dark beige.
